How do I know that my artwork will arrive on time?
I guarantee the delivery date. Its that simple. If your arrival date is not acceptable to me, when you place your order, I will contact you immediately and give you an alternative date, or the option to cancel your order. No hard feelings.
Is This Stained Glass?
No. I paint on glass. You cannot achieve the minute details with stained/leaded glass, like I can with a paint brush. The paint I use is specifically for glass. Each piece is double glassed....meaning I paint on one (Clear, Blue or Red) and seal the artwork with a second piece of glass. The pieces are signed on the back of the frame. Each piece is guaranteed 100% to please the giver and receiver. I do all the work, no one else. This a 100% custom unique piece of artwork.
How Long Does it Take?
I request that you give me at least 2-3 weeks to ship your artwork. The average piece takes 2 weeks to create (layout, dry time, etc). But you must keep in mind that I may have several pieces in queue for completion before your request. The 2 week minimum keeps my sanity. If your 'hair is on fire' and you need it quicker than that, please contact me. Dependent upon the artwork in queue, I may be able to help you.
How do I pay and how do you ship?
Once I accept your request, I create the artwork. I will then e-mail you a finished photo prior to/at departure. If you have made payment, I ship immediately. I accept all major credit cards, personal checks and bank drafts. I ship each piece fully insured either via UPS or USPS. The average shipping cost is $25 and this includes insurance.
I Received a Military Invitation and Need a Military Gift. I Do not know what I am doing. Can You help me???
The amount of acronyms the military uses can be overwhelming to family members and friends looking for the 'right' military gift. Do not worry any longer, contact me with your invitation in hand or with whatever information you have about the individual. E-mail signatures also contain a wealth of info. Normally there is enough information to create a stunning gift, regardless of rank or service. If I feel it is necessary, I will contact the coordinator of the event (if it's a retirement) or dig within my own military channels for additional information if needed.
