| Common Questions/Answers
Invoices and Gifts: I Never put an invoice in the artwork ship box. If you are shipping as a gift, consider the gratis gift card and add your personal message.
Do you ship APO/FPO? Yes, via the secure checkout.
Shipping Cost/Insurance? Each piece departs framed using Nielsen Frames (gold), fully insured and packaged to withstand transit ensuring your artwork arrives in one piece. I do not recommend taking my artwork on an airplane. Ship it directly in the world you want it to go/meet you. The boxes are built to withstand transit and are large. The ship weight for artwork is (11x14)=6lbs, (16x20/20x12)= 9lbs. I have never missed a promised arrival date (2006-12).
How long does it take? The Military Art Glass gift gallery-studio is in Massachusetts. Average creation (Jun 2012) is 4 weeks to ship. We offer USPS. In addition to creation time, add: East Coast (NY etc) Transit 2-3 days, Southern States(VA etc) 3-4 days, Central and West Coast add 5-7 Days.
How can I expedite my request? Place your order with the true date of arrival required. If your "hair is on fire" (i.e. its Monday and you need it Friday) call the studio direct(413) 341-7341 or email me: robin@robinglassart.com - I will squeeze it in, if I honestly can. If I cannot, I will advise you and then you may determine if you would like to continue with your request, or cancel.
Not sure of military terminology? Give me as much info as you have. I will create a beautiful piece and work one on one with you. If you are going to a retirement or promotion ceremony I will even contact the command for information if requested.
Payment Methods/Process: VISA, Master Card, Discover, AMEX, Pay Later, PayPal and Personal Check. "Pay Later" to ensure artwork is in queue early or plan payment at a later date/prior to requested arrival time.
My Promise: Each piece is 100% guaranteed to exceed expectations. My artwork is unique, custom and I aim to "Make'm Cry". No pieces are exactly the same - they are hand-painted by me - I do not bake, etch or use lead. The artist - R. Todd, CTRCM - Master Chief, USN (Retired)
